You can also place your order by post, fax or telephone. An order form can be downloaded here. To ensure the fastest possible response to your order please include the product code, colour, fabric, size and quantity. You could also visit our showroom in the heart of Leicester.

Payment

Please include payment with your order. We can accept Postal Orders, Cheques made payable to ‘Grahame Gardner Ltd’, or Debit and Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and Delta).


Delivery

Stock garments take approximately 2 weeks to deliver (subject to availability). Garments that are Made to Order take 4 to 8 weeks. Delivery costs are £3.00 including VAT for UK Mainland orders up to the value of £10, £5.00 including VAT for UK Mainland orders over £10 and FREE for orders over £200. For all other destinations, we will need to quote costs before processing your order.

Whilst every effort is given to sending your garments as quickly as possible, during the busy "Back to School" period items may take longer to send.


Returns

We will gladly exchange or refund any unworn item for a full refund up to 90 days after delivery, so long as they are fit to be returned to stock and are accompanied by a receipt. Under the same conditions if you do not have a receipt, provided that the item can be identified as having been purchased from Grahame Gardner Ltd, we will exchange the goods for a credit note at the current selling price. 'Made to Order' garments cannot be exchanged unless faulty or incorrectly supplied by ourselves. Please complete the returns form and enclose this and your despatch note in with your garments. Attach the FREE POST LABEL to the front of your parcel. Please note that when returning your garments you are responsible for them until they are safely received at our premises. May we recommend using a registered postal service. Please quote your name, address and school details with all returns.


Wholesale Enquiries (Schools only)

We can provide your school with any of our stock or bespoke garments in bulk at reduced prices, allowing you to stock and sell these products yourselves to your pupils. Please contact our experienced Schoolwear Division on +44 (0) 116 2556326 for further details.
